Andy Ma, the founder of Wanyi Company, led the senior management team to visit the "Kerou +" tissue paper intelligent factory 4.0 located in Wuhan City, Hubei Province, China.
Although Wanyi Company has achieved some success in the disposable tableware field, we still hope to expand into new categories and constantly fill in the product types and development directions of the company. For this reason, we specially chose to visit the leading tissue paper manufacturing factory in China.
"Kerou +" is a leading tissue manufacturing factory in China, producing both commercial and household tissues. They are dedicated to product innovation and have their own R&D team and laboratory. Their patented product - milk essence moisturizing tissue - has achieved great success since its launch and leads the Chinese tissue sales market by a wide margin. Currently, their annual sales exceed 1 billion yuan.
Wan Yi Company visited the production workshop, laboratory and warehouse of the tissue paper factory. Currently, their factory's production is highly automated, reducing the use of manual labor and significantly improving production efficiency and product quality. At the same time, the warehouse is set up in accordance with the requirements of ISO14001 and ISO9001, and is clean and tidy. The orders are proceeding in an orderly manner.
After the visit, we had a face-to-face communication with Mr. Lei, the founder of "Kerou +", learning about the company's development history and current sales situation. We found out that from the very beginning, they were also a small factory. However, under Mr. Lei's leadership, they focused on controlling product quality and innovating product features, and firmly resisted low-quality products. Therefore, it has received high praise from a large number of customers. With the increase in the number of customers and the volume of orders, the factory has gradually expanded and embarked on its own brand development path. After more than ten years of development, it has now become a leading enterprise in both its own brand and OEM contract manufacturing.
We should learn from such brand factories. While enhancing the competitiveness of our own products, we should also pay attention to the progress of product branding, focus our energy and efforts on product research and development and quality control, and constantly understand the demands of the market and customers, keep abreast of the latest trends, and offer the best products to customers.
